Beirut: A number of citizens were killed and injured early Wednesday morning in Israeli airstrikes on several areas in the Gaza Strip.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, WAFA correspondent reported that five citizens were killed and others were injured when an Israeli drone bombed a tent housing displaced persons on Al-Nasr Street, northwest of Gaza City.

Israeli drones also targeted a tent for displaced persons near the Baptist Hospital in Palestine Square in Gaza City, killing one person and wounding several others.

The correspondent added that a citizen was killed and others were injured when an Israeli drone bombed an apartment in Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

In Deir al-Balah, a child was killed and others were injured when Israeli aircraft bombed a tent for displaced persons near the Technical College in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip.
