Beirut: Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, on Wednesday received French presidential envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian, accompanied by French Ambassador to Beirut Herv© Magro.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, during the meeting, Le Drian briefed Prime Minister Salam on preparations for the conference to support the Lebanese Army, scheduled to be held in Paris on March 5. He also reiterated France’s support for the draft financial regularization law and efforts aimed at restoring depositors’ funds.
