Beirut: MP Fouad Makhzoumi has praised Saudi Arabia for its consistent efforts in promoting peace and stability within the region. In a statement made on the “X” platform, Makhzoumi emphasized the Kingdom’s long-standing commitment, noting its role from the Beirut Summit in 2002 to the present day.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Makhzoumi highlighted a recent historic resolution by the United Nations General Assembly, which was achieved through joint efforts by Saudi Arabia and France. This resolution signifies a renewed international commitment to addressing the plight of the Palestinian people. Makhzoumi expressed his appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s diplomatic leadership in facilitating this significant development.
