MOPH: Four Martyrs, 17 Injured in Yesterday’s Israeli Aggression

Beirut: The Ministry of Public Health’s Health Emergency Operations Center has reported the casualties from Israeli attacks that took place on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. The attacks have resulted in four martyrs and 17 injuries across various regions.

According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the breakdown of the casualties is as follows: one martyr and one wounded in Al-Kharayeb, one martyr in Yater, one martyr in Shebaa, and one martyr in Taybeh. Additionally, overnight airstrikes left 16 people wounded, including 11 Lebanese, among whom are three children, and five Syrians, including one child. The report underscores the impact on both local and refugee populations in the affected areas.
